CARLTON RESPECTS is aimed at changing attitudes, behaviour and/or environments to prevent violence before it occurs. In 2017, the Carlton Respects Community Education Program reached 1245 year seven and eight students at six high schools across Melbourne’s metropolitan northern corridor, investing 512 hours into the community.
“Respect and equality are the foundations of any successful and harmonious society and the importance of building these qualities in our young people has never been more important. I commend the Carlton Football Club on this valuable community initiative.”
Michael Keenan, Principal – Thornbury High School
