The Blues Foundation public benevolent purpose is of:
(i) the direct relief of poverty, sickness, suffering, distress, misfortune,
disability or helplessness through the implementation of a range of
programs and welfare services; and
(ii) the direct benevolent relief by way of services and financial assistance to
overcome and alleviate the causes of disadvantage and the effects of
poverty, misfortune, distress and helplessness; and
(iii) the health, education, communication services, training, maintenance,
advancement and welfare of persons in need of benevolent relief.
